A.E. Schmidt Company guarantees to the original purchaser that their table will be free of any defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of delivery by agreeing to repair or replace any and all parts proven to be defective in the judgment of A.E. Schmidt Company. Cloth and pockets are not covered under this warranty. Parts returned for guarantee service are to be shipped by a mutually agreed on carrier. If, after examination, the parts are determined by A.E. Schmidt Company to be defective, they will be repaired or replaced and returned prepared by a conventional surface freight carrier. The Slate bed is warranted to the original owner for the life of the table so long as any installation or service is performed by an authorized A.E. Schmidt Company representative or their factory approved representative. Repair or replacement of any defective parts shall constitute complete fulfilment of all obligations with respect to the product. This guarantee does not require the replacement of the entire pool table. All claims must be made through an authorized A. E Schmidt representative or their factory approved agent. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness or usage for a particular purpose. A.E. Schmidt neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for A.E. Schmidt any other obligation or liability in connection with said pool table. this warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or any other natural calamity. This warranty does not extend to any A.E. Schmidt table used or sold for commercial purposes.
