Refund Policy- Our Promise of Customer Satisfaction

Our shop goal is to provide you with the best customer service we can. 

ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO OBTAIN REFUND OR STORE CREDIT. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. RETURN SHIPPING AND/OR MERCHANDISE PICKUP CHARGES ARE THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY UNLESS THE RETURN IS A RESULT OF OUR ERROR (YOU RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM, ETC.)

 

Accessories: 

Any accessory that is currently in-stock at the time of purchase can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as it remains in its original, unopened packaging and remains in new condition. Accessories include but are not limited to the following: Dart board cabinets and darts, wall art, barware, floor figurines, ping pong nets, paddles and balls, air hockey pucks and paddles, pool balls, pool racks and cue accessories.

Pool Cues

Pool cues may be returned within 30 days of purchase in new and un-used condition. If cue stick shows any type of wear, chalk markings, scratches, or marks the pool cue will not be returnable under any condition. 

Special Orders

Any order that is custom made and ordered from any manufacturer is non-refundable and non-returnable. Special orders taken in a store require a 50% deposit. The deposit is non-refundable after 48 hours. Under no circumstance may any custom order be returned due to the delay in shipping, damage, or missing items.

Pool Table and Furniture Returns

Any pool table, bar, bar stool, game table, or game chair is considered a custom order and must follow the guidelines set forth above in the Special Orders Section. Therefore, any pool table, bar, bar stool, game table, or game chair is non-refundable and non-returnable. For these items all sales are final upon delivery or pickup, unless your order is cancelled within 48 hours of being placed. Customer receipt or proof of purchase is required for refund. A store credit from our store will be issued in the event that proof of purchase cannot be located. Merchandise that is refused because it doesn’t fit will also be refunded in merchandise or store credit only. Any shipping or delivery costs will not be returned, and a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied. Please contact us at (480)-370-6677 to facilitate your return. A return pick up will be scheduled. A refund or credit will be issued upon receipt of your return into our warehouse. 

Foosball/Hockey/Shuffleboard Tables

 Any foosball, hockey, or shuffleboard table may be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as it is returned in the original box in like new condition and contains all parts and accessories. Any shipping or delivery costs will not be returned, and a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied. 

Arcade/Pinball/Jukebox 

All arcade games, pinball machines, and jukeboxes are non-refundable, and all sales are final, unless your order is cancelled within 48 hours of being placed. Problems that occur due to improper set-up are not returnable. 

Lighting 

All lighting may be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as it is returned in the original box in like new condition and contains all parts and wiring. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all lighting before it is accepted. Prestige Billiards & Game Rooms will not be held responsible for any light that breaks after it leaves our store doors. Under no circumstance will our employees install any light.

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
